Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping by air, typically via FedEx, DHL or UPS. However, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to these destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

Delivery Time & Tracking

Custom made-to-order and delivered to your door in an average of 2-3 weeks from the date of your order is placed, though exceptions may apply. All of our dolls are handmade and tested thoroughly for quality before shipping. The FedEx, DHL or UPS tracking number will be sent to your mailbox after the package is shipped.

Note: There would be shipping delay due to the Chinese Spring Festival, National Day Holiday season and unpredictable weather. We will do our best to expedite the order for you.

Discreet Shipping

No hidden charges. All the packages are discreet with a plain packaging carton. Your doll will be labeled "mannequin". There are no other labels, marks, or logos to show it is a doll.

Order Cancellation & Refund

Order processing started from the moment that the buyer confirms the order details are correct. The order cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Since the doll is a custom product that is created especially for each buyer based on the chosen specifications.

If you want to cancel your order while we have begun processing your order, the cancellation fee will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card if we have already processed your credit card for shipping. The specific cost depends on the progress of the order.

However, you will not be charged any extra cost to add or change items or cancel your order any time prior to processing the order. An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, any change or cancellation would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

How to track an order with happinessdolls account?

After an order has been shipped, you can track your packages on From your personal OPSDOLL account, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Here are 3 steps of order account: Processing, In production, Shipped.

"Processing"-You will see this status in the order account when you finish the payment, we will confirm the details of the doll, and then make it for you.

"In Production"-The lovely doll is being made by our professional factory workers.

"Shipped"-Usually the status would change to "Shipped" after the parcel are dispatched from China.

How to track an order without OPSDOLL account?

To search for your shipment, you can directly track it by using the tracking number you received from us. Mostly we will ship your doll through the FedEx or DHL express.
